Moss, grime and green build-up creep onto concrete and paved surfaces fast in Nelson's damp climate, driveways, paths and patios all take a hit. I'm Mark, and I water blast these surfaces across Nelson City, Stoke, Richmond and Tāhunanui, bringing tired, dirty concrete and paving back to looking clean and cared for. It's one of the quickest ways to lift the whole look of a property from the street, and it clears away the moss and algae that make paths and driveways slippery underfoot.
Different surfaces need different pressure and technique, old, worn concrete needs a gentler approach than newer, sealed paving, and I adjust for that so nothing gets damaged or pitted in the process. I work carefully around gardens, drains and edges, and clean up any mess before I leave. If you're getting ready to sell, prepping for resealing, or just want the driveway and paths looking fresh again, water blasting makes a real difference fast, and clearing moss off paths and steps is one of the simplest ways to make a property safer to walk on.

"Great experience dealing with Mark from Lawn in Order. Fast response, excellent comms and a great finish. Really impressed with the over-size apple tree they trimmed back. Also great clean up, very tidy."
Simon Gillard, Site Manager
"Mark is an honest hard working guy who always has the 'can do' attitude. He always goes above and beyond without being asked. I highly recommend him for water blasting, house washing, property maintenance, lawn mowing etc."
Dan Olberg
"Did a great job cleaning and re-staining our deck. Great workmanship at a reasonable price. Recommended."
Most Nelson properties benefit from a blast every 12 to 18 months, more often on shaded or damp areas where moss builds up faster.
Not when it's done properly. I adjust the pressure for the surface, so older or softer concrete doesn't get damaged.
Yes, I cover Nelson City, Stoke, Richmond, Tāhunanui and Atawhai.
For a job like this, Mark likes to come take a look in person so you get an accurate price. Fill this in and he'll be in touch to arrange a time.
