I'm Mark, and I do full garden clear outs and section clearing across Nelson City, Stoke, Richmond and Tāhunanui, clearing the lot (overgrowth, rubbish, green waste) and hauling it all away so you're left with a clean, ready-to-use section. It's a popular job for rentals between tenants, sections before a sale, or simply getting on top of a property that's been neglected for a while.
A proper clear out is hard, physical work, and it's easy for it to turn into a bigger job than expected once you start pulling back the growth, that's exactly why I come and look at it in person before quoting, so the price is accurate and there are no surprises partway through. I bring the right gear for the scale of the job, work through it properly rather than just skimming the surface, and take everything away when I'm done rather than leaving a pile behind. If a section has been left for a while, or a rental's gotten away from a tenant, this is the job that gets it back to a clean, usable state.
