I'm Mark, and I do seasonal cleanups for properties across Nelson City, Stoke, Richmond and Tāhunanui, getting sections and gardens sorted and ready for whatever's coming next, whether that's a big autumn tidy-up, a spring reset, or getting a rental ready between tenants.
A seasonal cleanup is one of those jobs that makes a bigger difference than people expect, a section that looked tired and overgrown can look completely transformed in a single visit. I do the big tidy-ups other services skip: cutting back, weeding, clearing and refreshing, so the property is genuinely ready for the season ahead rather than just superficially tidier. It's a popular job before a property goes on the market, after winter, or simply to get back on top of a garden that's got away.
